The Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are now at the top spot in the points table after yesterday’s win against the Delhi Capitals (DC). They have now moved to the number one spot with 14 points. DC have moved down to number fourth spot after a heartbreaking loss on home ground. Mumbai Indians (MI) also won their fifth consecutive win as they defeated Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in Mumbai.

With RCB taking the number one spot, the Gujarat Titans (GT) have come down to the second spot. Not DC, but it’s the Mumbai Indians (MI) at the third spot after yesterday’s afternoon match win against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). After a big turnover of the top four teams, the Punjab Kings (PBKS) remain at the fifth spot with 11 points, followed by LSG in the sixth spot with 10 points. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are next at the seventh spot with seven points. While the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Rajasthan Royals (RR), and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) remain in the bottom three.

IPL 2025- Orange Cap List

RCB are at the top of the points table, so is its batter Virat Kohli, who has taken over the leaderboard as the current Orange Cap holder. After yesterday’s first match, MI’s Suryakumar Yadav was leading the list with 427 runs and was handed over the Cap after the match. But Kohli’s 51 runs off 47 balls earned him the spot with a current total of 443 runs. GT’s Sai Sudharsan, with 417 runs, is down at the third spot. LSG’s Nicholas Pooran, with 404 runs, is in the fourth spot, followed by his teammate Mitchell Marsh at the number five spot with 378 runs.

IPL 2025 – Purple Cap List

RCB’s Josh Hazlewood, with 18 wickets, leads the Purple Cap race, dismissing GT’s Prasidh Krishna to the second spot with 16 wickets. CSK’s Noor Ahmad with 14 wickets takes the third spot. The list follows with SRH’s Harshal Patel, RCB’s Krunal Pandya, the Player of the Match yesterday, and MI’s Trent Boult, all currently competing at 13 wickets each.
