Rajasthan Royals (RR) face a big setback as their experienced fast bowler Sandeep Sharma has been ruled out of the IPL 2025 due to a fracture in his finger. The RR franchise confirmed this news ahead of their upcoming clash against the Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

Sandeep suffered this injury during a recent match against the Gujarat Titans (GT) but continued to bowl despite his pain, where he managed to take one wicket, he earned praise for his immense courage and commitment. “He showed immense bravery to continue bowling with this injury in the last match and everyone at the franchise wishes him a full and speedy recovery,” said the Royals in an official statement.

In one of the post, of RR social media page, they shared the video where Sandeep is seen coming back to the hotel where everyone is seen praising and clapping for the warrior, with the caption “Clapping for this warrior who fractured his finger but still put his body on the line to complete his spell for the team! Get well soon Sandy and comeback stronger”.
