Punjab Kings (PBKS) will take on Delhi Capitals (DC) in the 58th match of the ongoing IPL 2025 on May 8 in Dharamsala.

Shreyas Iyer vs Axar Patel
Iyer’s contribution to PBKS’ success this year has been significant, both as a batter and a captain. He has scored 405 runs from 11 matches at an average of 50.63 and a strike rate of 180.80. Axar hasn’t had the best season with the ball, managing only five wickets from 11 matches. In previous IPL encounters, Shreyas has dominated Axar, scoring 79 runs off 52 balls while being dismissed just once, at a strike rate of 151.9.
KL Rahul vs Arshdeep Singh
Rahul is in terrific form this season, with 381 runs from 10 matches at an average of 47.63 and a strike rate of 142.16, including three fifties. Arshdeep is also having a good IPL, with 16 wickets from 11 matches. In the past in the IPL, Rahul has faced 25 balls from Arshdeep, scoring 31 runs while being dismissed twice, at a strike rate of 124.00.
Prabhsimran Singh vs Kuldeep Yadav
Prabhsimran has been one of the mainstays of PBKS’ batting lineup. He has scored 437 runs from 11 matches at an average of 39.73 and a strike rate of 170.04. Kuldeep, on the other hand, has picked up 12 wickets in 11 matches. In previous IPL meetings, Kuldeep has bowled 18 balls to Prabhsimran, conceding 29 runs and dismissing him once.
