Both Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) are out of the playoff race. But both showed fighting spirit in yesterday’s clash between them, in which RR emerged victorious. While RR are done for this season with all the matches completed, CSK are left with one, against the Gujarat Titans (GT).
IPL 2025 Points Table
Gujarat Titans (GT) are leading the points table at the number one spot with 18 points. The second spot is taken by the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) with 17 points. Punjab Kings (PBKS), with 17 points, take the third spot. The fourth spot is currently being held by the Mumbai Indians (MI) with 14 points. For now, Delhi Capitals (DC) are in the fifth spot with 13 points.
The list then follows with the eliminated teams from the playoffs. The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are in the sixth spot with 12 points. LSG are next in line with 10 points, followed by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) with nine points in the eighth spot. RR and CSK are the bottom two teams this season.

In the first spot, it’s Sai Sudharsan with 617 runs, followed by his skipper, Shubman Gil,l with 601 runs. RR’s young and emerging batter Yashasvi Jaiswal takes the third spot with 559 runs. MI’s Suryakumar Yadav is next in line with 510 runs in the fourth spot. RCB’s Virat Kohli is last in the top five with 505 runs.

GT’s Prasidh Krishna is currently leading with 21 wickets. After taking one wicket yesterday, CSK’s Noor Ahmad now also has 21 wickets. With 18 wickets, it’s RCB’s Josh Hazlewood and MI’s Trent Boult competing at the third and fourth spots, respectively. KKR’s Varun Chakravarthy is in the fifth spot with 17 wickets.
