RevSportz partners with BIBS to launch sports media and management programme

L-R: Boria Majumdar and Vidur Kapoor after sighning the MoU

RevSportz and Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS) are delighted to announce the launch of a partnership that aims to redefine the contours of sports education in India. The idea has always been to disrupt the existing ecosystem while making it more meaningful and performance-oriented. As the Indian sports world is opening up, the need for professional managers has never been more acute.

With the country poised to host the 2030 Commonwealth Games and maybe also the 2036 Olympics, and not to forget the multiple franchise leagues, which are now a feature of the sports ecosystem, this Certificate Programme in Sports Media and Management will equip students with the necessary professional expertise to fulfil their aspirations.

The programme will be launched in July 2026 with a formal unveiling in March at the Trailblazers 4.0 Conclave. It will be taught by experts from across India, including athletes and industry leaders, and make a tangible contribution to Indian sports.

Vidur Kapoor, chairman, BIBS, said, “It’s an excellent opportunity for students to integrate academic and practical exposure in the sports arena.”

Voicing his excitement, Boria Majumdar, founder, RevSportz, said, “I have known about Vidur and his work for years now, and I am happy and excited to partner with BIBS in this journey. We aim to create a real legacy for our students in the sporting domain, going forward.”
