Mumbai Indians have added Chris Jordan, the T20 specialist seam bowler, to their squad for the remainder of the ongoing IPL season. According to an ESPNCricinfo report, Jordan, now 34, has been brought in as a replacement for an as-yet-unknown player. It’s worth noting that during the IPL 2022 auction, Jordan went unsold at a base price of INR 2 crores.

He has a modest record in the IPL, having taken 27 wickets in 28 innings with an average of 30.85 and economy rate of 9.32. Jordan played for CSK last season, picking two wickets in four outings.
