This is an agreement drawn up on the 27th day of January 2025, between Cristorian Sport Pvt. Ltd. (also known as RevSportz), a private limited company, and wTVision Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The said agreement is for a period of five months starting 1 February 2025, and will involve a collaboration between the above mentioned entities on
a) The TataSteel Trailblazers Conclave to be held in Kolkata between 6-8 March 2025.
RevSportz which is the organiser of the conclave which is host some of the country’s top athletes, sports administrators, corporate entities and other stakeholders, will host panel/s on sports technology with a representative of wTVision on one of the said panels.
b) RevSportz will brand wTVision in their coverage of the Champions Trophy cricket tournament (on both the English and Hindi streams) starting February 19, 2025, and this coverage will continue through the duration of the said tournament.
c) RevSportz will carry an interview in both print and video formats with a designated executive head of wTVision and amplify the same on all their platforms as part of the joint brand building exercise.
d) On their part wTVision will contribute an amount of 10 lakhs to RevSportz, to be paid in 2 intallments, one before 15 February 2025, and another before 8 March 2025. This will be the entire sponsorship amount due from wTVision to RevSportz for the agreement period of five months.
The above agreement is made between the parties in good faith and with the vision of a larger and long-term future collaboration that will be beneficial to both parties.
