Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) defeated comprehensively Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Jaipur while Mumbai Indians (MI) registered a thrilling victory over Delhi Capitals (DC) yesterday in the ongoing IPL 2025. It was MI’s second win of the season while DC suffered their first loss.
IPL 2025 Points Table
Gujarat Titans (GT) have regained their position in the first spot of the points table with eight points after DC’s loss against MI. DC are now in the second spot with eight points. RCB and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are next in line also with eight points each. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are now in the fifth spot followed by Punjab Kings with six points each. In the seventh spot, it is MI after getting a big win against DC. Joining MI with four points are the Rajasthan Royals (RR). Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) with four points and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) with two points are currently the bottom two.
IPL 2025- Orange Cap List
LSG’s Nicholas Pooran continues to maintain a tough guard at the top of the Orange Cap leaderboard with 349 runs. GT’s Sai Sudharshan is next in line with a total of 329 runs. After Sai, it’s LSG’s Mitchell Marsh with 265 runs. PBKS skipper Shreyas Iyer is at number four with 250 runs. Virat Kohli’s performance in yesterday’s match included him in the fifth spot with 248 runs in total. Suryakumar Yadav with 239 runs in next at number six.
IPL 2025 – Purple Cap List
CSK’s Noor Ahmed remains unchanged at the first spot with 12 wickets. LSG’s Shardul Thakur also remains in the second spot with 11 wickets. The third spot is now claimed by DC’s Kuldeep Yadav. The bowler joins MI’s Hardik Pandya, GT’s Sai Kishore, Prasidh Krishna, and Mohammed Siraj and CSK’s Khaleel Ahmed with 10 wickets each.
