
Pakistan Women finished their Ireland tour with a convincing eight-wicket win in the third and final T20I at Dublin on Sunday, 10 August 2025. With this win, they prevented the Ireland Women from a clean sweep, as the home side won the series 2-1.
Pakistan were chasing a 156-run target and Muneeba Ali made a brilliant unbeaten century. The opener scored an unbeaten 100 runs off 68 balls, smashing 14 boundaries and a six. She was also named Player of the Match.
Despite losing Shawaal Zulfiqar and Natalia Pervaiz early, Muneeba stitched a solid unbeaten partnership of 101 runs with Aliya Riaz, who scored an unbeaten 39 runs off 27 balls. Hence, Pakistan chased down the target in 17.4 overs, with 14 balls to spare.
Earlier, Ireland had posted 155/4 after electing to bat. Orla Prendergast was brilliant with the bat, remaining unbeaten on 64 runs off 46 balls with 13 boundaries. Gaby Lewis also added 36 runs off 22 balls, and Amy Hunter scored 29 runs. For the visitors, Fatima Sana, Sadia Iqbal, Waheeda Akhtar, and Rameen Shamim took one wicket each.
Orla Prendergast was named Player of the Series for her consistent all-round performances. She finished the series with 144 runs and 4 wickets, which played a pivotal role in Ireland’s series win.
