Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on April 3. Both teams have managed only one win each in three games and therefore, it is a huge clash for both to get back their momentum.

Here are current three SRH bowlers who previously played for KKR in the IPL

Pat Cummins

Pat Cummins joined the IPL with KKR in the 2014 season, but in his first two seasons with the team, he didn’t get many games. He got only four opportunities and took two wickets. Cummins made his comeback for KKR in the 2020 season, where he took 12 wickets from 14 matches, with his best figures being 4/34. He also scored 146 runs, with a highest score of 53*.

In the next season, he took nine wickets from seven matches and also added 93 runs with the bat. In the 2022 season, he smashed the second-fastest fifty in IPL history, reaching the milestone in just 14 balls against Mumbai Indians. He also took seven wickets from five matches. His second stint with KKR saw him making an impact not only with the ball but also with the bat.

Mohammed Shami

Shami made his IPL debut with KKR in the 2013 season. At KKR, he was under the mentorship of Wasim Akram, which helped him refine his skills as a bowler. This later earned him a call-up to the Indian national team. However, during his time at KKR, he played only three matches and took just one wicket.

Jaydev Unadkat

A bowler from Saurashtra, Unadkat made his IPL debut in the 2010 season with KKR. In his debut season, he took only four wickets from three matches. In the next season, he took six wickets from seven matches but didn’t get many opportunities in the 2012 season. He returned to KKR for the 2016 season but played only one match. Overall, both his stints with KKR were not impactful.
