This performance has helped Jadeja climb to 32nd in the ICC Men’s Test Batting Rankings, with 616 rating points. It has also further solidified his position at the top of the all-rounders’ rankings, with 405 points.
Jasprit Bumrah sits at the top of the bowlers’ rankings with 889 rating points. Mohammed Siraj, who bowled brilliantly—taking seven wickets in the match—holds 15th place with 674 points. Jadeja is the next Indian bowler in the top 20, at 17th with 659 points. Kuldeep Yadav, who took four wickets in his comeback match, is ranked 28th with 592 points.
Kagiso Rabada is in second place in the Test bowlers’ rankings with 851 points, while Matt Henry is just behind him in third, with 846. Two Australian bowlers, Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood, follow them.
England’s Joe Root tops the batters’ rankings with 908 points. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rishabh Pant are the only two Indians in the top 10 batters list, occupying 4th and 8th positions with 792 and 768 points, respectively.
KL Rahul, who scored the 11th century of his career against the West Indies, holds 40th place in the batters’ rankings with 586 points.
