Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will be up against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 65th match of IPL 2025 on May 23.

Ishan Kishan vs Bhuvneshwar Kumar
Ishan is enduring a poor IPL season after scoring a century early on. He has managed 231 runs from 12 matches at an average of 25.67 and a strike rate of 140.85. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, meanwhile, has had a decent run with 12 wickets from 10 matches. However, in previous IPL matchups, Ishan has dominated the veteran pacer, scoring 54 runs off him in six innings at a strike rate of 163.63, while being dismissed only once. This top-order battle promises to be very interesting.
Virat Kohli vs Mohammed Shami
Shami is having a disappointing season with just six wickets from nine matches. Despite that, he has historically performed well against Kohli in the IPL. In 12 innings, Kohli has scored 107 runs off Shami but has been dismissed five times, at a strike rate of 138.96. Hence, with that new ball, it will be interesting to see how Kohli negotiates him.
