Let me start with something Deepa Malik said at the Trailblazers conclave. She said she will never again get up from her wheelchair. She will never walk again. But each time she has won a medal for India, 130 million have stood up to celebrate the tricolour with her and for her and sing the national anthem. That’s her biggest satisfaction as an athlete.
As a woman para athlete she made us proud. 130 million Indians celebrated with her. And it’s our turn to celebrate her and many like her today.
Celebrating our Trailblazers. Here’s to a Multi sporting nation with our women leading the way.@Fabelle

We at RevSportz will celebrate International Womens Day with a packed all day coverage of the Trailblazers Conclave.
Issues of women’s empowerment, inclusivity and overcoming the gender divide was at the heart of the conclave. And yet again I reiterate our belief that women’s day cannot and should not be celebrated by women only. For far too long this has been done. Time to redeem. And we had some of our best ever at the conclave to help with this process.

Sport is an enabler. The purity of a sporting pursuit makes for a better society. And when you have the best opening up, it makes for hugely insightful discussions.
