Mumbai’s emerging team will embark on a one-month tour of England starting from 28 June, with Suryansh Shedge appointed as the captain. The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) announced the squad on Monday.

Musheer Khan, who has already caught the attention of cricketing pundits with his exploits in a shory but impressive first-class career, will be part of the squad. He will be joined by Angkrish Raghuvanshi, who has performed consistently for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the IPL over the past two seasons, and promising young spinner Himanshu Singh.

The team is scheduled to play five two-day matches and four one-day games against various UK sides, including teams from Nottinghamshire, Combined National Counties (Challengers), Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire, among others.
