The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Tuesday announced the India A squad for the upcoming Rising Stars Asia Cup, which will take place in Qatar from 14 to 23 November. Doha’s West End International Cricket Stadium will host the matches.

Wicketkeeper-batter Jitesh Sharma has been named captain of the 15-member squad, with Naman Dhir serving as his deputy. The Men in Blue will play their tournament opener against the UAE on 14 November. According to the itinerary, the semi-final is scheduled for 21 November, and the final will be played on 23 November.

On the back of a sensational run in the IPL 2025, Priyansh Arya and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi have been included in the squad. The inclusion of Sooryavanshi means he will not be able to take part in the U19 Challenger Trophy.
