Pebble joins the show as wearable tech partner.
Backstage with Boria Season World Cup and Asia Cup special was showcased between 17 August and 31 August 2023 and featured some of the world’s leading cricket legends in Sourav Ganguly, Shoaib Akhtar, Gautam Gambhir, Ian Bishop, Sir Curtly Ambrose, Eoin Morgan, Makhaya Ntini, Greg Chappell, Athar Ali Khan, Marcus Stoinis and others.
As part of the build-up to the World Cup, there was a special focus on India-Pakistan, cricket’s greatest rivalry, which returns to Indian soil on 14 October 2023.
The season was launched with a blockbuster conversation with Shoaib Akhtar where he picked Sachin Tendulkar as the best batsman he has bowled to ever. He also said that Pakistan will start the World Cup as underdogs against India and that will help Babar Azam and his team.
The series concluded with Sourav Ganguly who has picked India as one of the favourites for the title on home soil.
