The Delhi leg of the ACG Jr. NBA 3v3 National Tournament, a nationwide school-level competition for Under-14 boys’ and girls’ teams, concluded successfully at Ramjas International School, R.K. Puram.

As per the tournament structure, the top two teams in both the boys’ and girls’ categories from each zone, along with one All-Star team from each division in every zone, will qualify for the ACG Jr. NBA 3v3 National Finals Tournament, scheduled to be held early this year.

Individual excellence was also recognised during the Delhi leg, with Aanya Singh from The Shri Ram School, Moulsari being named the Skechers MVP in the U14 Girls category. In the U14 Boys division, Ansh Tomer of Nehru World School received the Skechers MVP Award for his standout performances across the tournament.

Now in its 12th edition, the ACG Jr. NBA program is being organised in collaboration with ACG and the Basketball Federation of India (BFI), with Skechers coming on board as the official kit partner.

In the U14 Boys category, Nehru World School emerged as champions, represented by Ansh Tomer, Darshil Singh, Jatin Sharma and Maan Singh. The Mann School finished as first runners-up, with Ankush, Kartik, Ronak and Vineet forming the squad. The Delhi All-Star Team featured Rohit Rathee from GSSS Nimdiwali Bhiwani, Tarun from Bharti Public School, Parth Chaudhary from Ch. Kehar Singh Divya Public School, and Vansh from Nehru World School.

The U14 Girls title was claimed by The Shree Ram School, Moulsari, with Aanya Singh, Joy Solanki, Nyra Khosla and Yashvi Jaipuria delivering consistent performances. Meerut Public Girls’ School finished as runners-up, represented by Gargi Yadav, Gaurangi Rastogi, Priya Rana and Vani Gupta. The Delhi All-Star Team in the girls’ division included Tilkita from Mount Carmel School, Saanvi Singh and Aaisha Attray from Shiv Nadar School, Noida, and Samriddhi from DPS, Greater Noida.

The 2025–26 ACG Jr. NBA 3v3 National Tournament features both boys’ and girls’ divisions, with school teams participating from across India. The tournament is being conducted in multiple cities, including Ludhiana, Chennai, Udaipur, New Delhi, Guwahati, Bengaluru, Prayagraj, Mumbai, Kochi and Indore. Schools from any state within a particular zone are eligible to register their boys’ and girls’ teams for their respective city events.

The ACG Jr. NBA initiative continues to focus on teaching the fundamentals and core values of basketball, with the larger goal of positively impacting the lives of young athletes across the country. Since its launch in India in 2013, the Jr. NBA program has reached more than 15 million youth and 15,000 physical education instructors across 35 cities nationwide. The program is part of the NBA’s broader grassroots basketball development efforts in India, which also include NBA Basketball School — a network of tuition-based basketball development programs for boys and girls aged 6 to 18, currently operating in 13 cities and managed by India On Track.
